Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
Guests must present a valid ID and credit card used for booking upon check-in.
The credit card provided for the booking will be pre-authorised for the full amount of damage deposit, alternatively a damage deposit in cash may be accepted. Damage deposit may be raised on occasion and access to the property may be refused on a non-refundable cancellation basis if the guest is unable to comply with the policies.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms. Failure to comply may result in fines and extra charges.
Office hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00
- Saturday to Sunday: 10:00 to 15:00
Standard check-in hours:
- Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 18:00.
- Saturday to Sunday: 13:00 to 15:00.
Check-in outside of the standard hours must be arranged in advance and will be charged with a supplement starting from GBP 15 per hour after the standard check-in hours and may be increased depending on the hour/day and availability.
The total amount of the reservation can be charged any time after booking.
Please note that there might be a slight variation in the room rate if you pay in local currency or by credit card (due to currency exchange rates).
The service charge covers check-in, linen, towels and a cleaning fee. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Piccadilly Circus Studios in advance of your expected arrival time. 台北市今(7)日氣溫飆破38度，台電亮出今年第一顆限電警戒紅燈。沒想到立法院中興大樓下午接近3時突然跳電，所幸不到一分鐘隨即恢復供電。
立法院部分委員的辦公室所在地中興大樓，下午突然停電一分鐘，整棟大樓陷入漆黑，引發大家質疑是否限電的恐慌，所幸一分鐘後又恢復正常供電。
立法院秘書長林志嘉下午受訪時表示，立法院院區沒有停電，不清楚中興大樓為何會停電，也未接獲相關的報告，會再去了解停電原因。
特別的是，在停電當下，有國民黨立委助理正在打杯葛前瞻預算的提案，沒想到打到一半突然停電，又來不及存檔，哭笑不得，只能自我嘲諷說「這一切都是民進黨的陰謀啦！」
台電公司清查後指出，立法院下午1時因用戶自有設備低電壓保護電驛動作，緊急由經常電源切換到備用電源，造成瞬間停電。台電線路以及供電均正常，目前立法院亦已正常供電中。
藝人宥勝時常在臉書與粉絲分享生活，而他在日前貼出一張他10年在澳洲拍攝的「全裸」照片，白嫩的屁股與黝黑的背部，引發熱烈討論，但是沒想到過了幾天，卻被臉書檢舉，讓宥勝驚呼：「What the...？」
這一張「全裸照」是宥勝舉著單車，在澳洲烏魯魯愛爾斯岩拍下的，而且由於長時間在烈日下騎腳踏車，造成身體上半身色差很嚴重，除了屁股及大腿是白嫩的嚴色外，其他部位都曬成了古銅色。但是才一公開這張相片3天，就被臉書檢舉：「您的廣告不能推銷情趣或成人用品或服務。」讓宥勝非常不解。
不過就算被檢舉，他依舊重身貼文想傳達的訊息：「青春、熱血、旅行、與夢想」，並笑稱，雖然馬克祖克柏都想阻止他，可是他不會放棄，因此放上打過馬賽克版的照片。
